Founded when the neighborhood was brand new with bare yards and sapling trees, the Garden Club is a wonderful resource for gardeners of any experience. 

And a great way to meet neighbors. 

We welcome you to join us in learning about and practicing home and community gardening arts and sciences. Would you like to learn about native and conventional plants, organic gardening, flower arranging?   Our monthly meetings feature guest  speakers  on topics relating to gardening and horticulture, our local environment and history. 

We support our community in many ways—from our Hill beautification project at the corner of College Parkway and Nelson St., the annual spring plant sale, fundraising for Manna and local organizations, to making and donating corsages at Senior Day at the County Agricultural Fair—and more.              

We invite you to join us at our monthly evening meetings held at the Senior Center. We meet the 2nd Thursday of each month September through May at 7:30 pm.
